mailed to ABBC with the $25 application fee:
• Undergraduate Application for
Admission
• Pastoral Recommendation Form
• Teacher/Employer
Recommendation Form
• ACT or SAT scores
• Medical Form (Required for Dorm
Students)
• Transcript Request
• Autobiographical Testimony
